KARINA COOPPEN
Hi! My name is Karina and I am a British illustrator based in London originally from Margate. A lot of the work I make is inspired by feminism and racial injustice. However my style is fun and playful making it a perfect fit for editorial illustration as well as children’s book illustration. I start with hand drawn sketches and take them into digital to add texture and bring them to life. I believe the visual aesthetic of a piece is very important, especially with activism, as I want to catch the eye of as many people as possible.
